This role broadly comprises of three aspects: strategizing, communication, and
coordination. You will be working independently to handle all these three aspects.
Formulate strategies for international marketing
Analyze and suggest service improvements
Map potential and high-value clients
Identify, innovate and create new opportunities for growth, based on clients interaction
Communication and coordination:
Manage continuous communication with international clients (Corporate/Individual)
Constant interaction with native Japanese colleagues
Understand client requirements and take appropriate actions thereafter
Coordination with the editing, translation, and transcription teams to meet timely delivery schedules
Direct involvement in companys client relationship management and client retention programs
Good command over English language
Good email writing skills
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
0 to 2 years of relevant work experience
Structure information in an easy-to-understand manner
Prioritize tasks at hand based on urgency levels
Take quick action in adverse circumstances
Identify gaps and take initiative to bridge them
