Job role:

Managing and coordinating day to day activities

Travel arrangement & hotel booking

Coordinating appointment requests

Interaction and co-ordination with various offices in the organization, dealing with different business matters

Arranging meetings including preparation of papers and circulating minutes

Necessary follow-up with all department/ Business heads & offices as per instruction

Updating record sheet of clients meeting & corporate contacts

Preparation of presentation for meetings & seminars

Briefing of agenda & minutes of the meeting for various meetings & conferences

Attending phone calls

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have a Pleasant Personality with good communication skills

Well versed with MS Office
