Job Description

Job Responsibility :

Responsible to follow all ITIL processes e.g. Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management,

Inventory Management, Change Management processes

Backup / Restore Management using Windows backup / Third party software such as Veritas Backup etc

In all Severity 1 / 2 (related to production) issues, interfaces with different groups (e.g. SPOCs, Help Desk, Network, Server, Voice Teams etc.) to get the resolution for a particular problem

Perform Vendor Management / Relationships as and when required

Assist in maintaining TCS Corporate LAN / WAN infrastructures


Responsibilities include responding to technical issues of the internal customers in the area of PCs and Server Hardware,

LAN, WAN, Operating systems, VOIP telephony, configuration issues, deployment of large no of PCs in a call center

Eligibility -


Willingness to work in Night / Rotational Shifts

Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months will not be eligible to apply again.

Qualification: BA, B.Com, B.Sc)/ Engineering -Diploma holders with years of experience post HSC

Experience- 0.9 to 2 years for BA, B.Com, B.S.C graduates

Candidate must be 3 Years Diploma Post HSC

Desirable: Experience in Call center environment will be preferred
