-Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

-Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.

-Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

-Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.

-Undergraduate should have minimum nine months of International Call Center Experience

-B.Tech/BE Graduates need to have atleast 9 months of international call center experience

-Must have Excellent Communication Skills.

-24/7 Environment

-Should be open to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs

-Courteous with strong customer service orientation.

-Good listening and responding skills.
