Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet targets

o AFYP

o Track the productivity measures as per the set standards

Case rate

Persistency

Paid cases per agent

YTD appointments

Agent Retention Rate and annual FYC standards.

Implementation of process

o Recruitment of agents

o Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits through various interventions

o Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels

o Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with agents

o Help agents use the system for maximizing business from a given target market

Identify, interview and select new agents

o Undertake joint field work with agents and demonstrate successful sales skills

o Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of agents

Ensure that agents under supervision perform as per the company"s rules and regulations

 

JOB Requirements:

* Graduation is must

* 3-6 YEARS experience is must

* 2-6 years experience in handling of Sales Reps/DSAs/agents - Preferable

* Should have handled a team of 4-6 team members/agents - Preferable

* Should have been resident of the current city for a minimum of 2 yrs - Preferable

* Should have stability in the previous assignments-minimum one year experience - Preferable
